Refund policy

Returns

The store produces merchandise on demand. We have no stock and rely on third parties to produce and ship all our products. Therefore we have a 'no returns' policy as we have no capability to handle returns. 

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with the product, please email us at support@karmaboomi.com. We will take up your concerns with the manufacturers. It is however not possible for us to replace the items unless the manufacturer's fault can be clearly established.
